Seavus is organizing a breakfast seminar on the topic of implementing AI in the ITSM environment to optimize the Service Desk experience.
The seminar will take place on August 29 (Thursday), in the Seavus Stockholm office on Blekholmstorget 30, House F floor 10. (map)
A team of Seavus experts will guide you through the business and technical aspects of AI. During the session, there will be a live demonstration of how AI is applied to Service Desk and how it helps leverage businesses by creating an efficient and fast Service Desk system.
This will be a unique opportunity to meet the team behind the ITSM solutions, among which Thorsten Jacobs, Toni Trpkovski and Emilio Marinone, who will be the main speakers at the seminar. You can read more about their professional background below.
The main topics of discussion will revolve around the current state of Service Desks and AI, how do they work together and what are the possible solutions. In the Q&A session at the end, participants will be able to resolve their dilemmas, ask questions, exchange experiences, and meet experts face to face.
The seminar will be in English and it is free of charge. Simple food and beverages will be served.

Thorsten Jacobs works as a Data Scientist and Team Lead at Seavus Stockholm. He holds a Ph.D. in physics and has a background as a researcher, university teaching assistant, and consultant. As part of the AI team, he designs and develops AI solutions for various customers and is happy to discuss possible AI implementations for your business.
Toni Trpkovski, CTO Seavus Scandinavia. Toni has been working at Seavus for more than 11 years and has had several significant roles. During his work, he has been part of international teams that supply data management and data analytics solutions for companies of varying sizes worldwide. As previous Head of Managed Services, he will be able to answer all your questions related to ITSM or Service Desk.
Emilio Marinone, Machine Learning Engineer mostly experienced in Natural Language Processing. After his Master of Science in Robotics at KTH, he joined the Seavus AI team in early 2018. He believes that unstructured texts and speeches contain the largest amount of information wasted nowadays, and he strongly believes that companies leading the next decades will be the ones capable of minimizing the information wasted and automatizing demanding but simple tasks.
